Zeal Creamery is on a mission to provide the world’s freshest and healthiest milk that tastes good, does good, and is good. To deliver, they operate out of a single regenerative farm in Missouri, where cows are never in a barn and are always pasture-raised, grass-fed, and treated with respect. The result: their milk tastes better and is more nutritious than other milk, and it’s delivered in ways their customers can feel good about. Zeal’s business is growing quickly: from distribution through one Chicago grocery store to distribution through Whole Foods and leading shops and restaurants nationally.

Zeal had a simple and big request: build and manage the logistics system that would match their standards and keep up with their growth.
Our Solution
We created a farm-to-store logistics network that moves their products from their Missouri farm to people’s tables in one day. We integrated our cold-chain management system into Zeal’s track and trace system giving Zeal certainty in its product quality from cow to store.

We tailored an end-to-end solution from cutting and boxing in Ethiopia, to sorting and palletizing in Chicago, to delivery to individuals across the United States. We do it with constant track and trace and cold-chain management. And we do it, from field to retail store, in four days.
